Awareness on fundamentals of basic sciences is essential for an engineer to enter the portals of knowledge and to get equipped for greater challenges of the emerging world. The Department of Science & Humanities of VJCET is dedicated to the dissemination of these fundamentals. The activities of the department are carried out under three different divisions as follows:

 ·        Engineering Physics

 ·        Engineering Chemistry

Many of the faculty members of this department have received advanced degrees and/or training from reputed institutions in India and have held prestigious positions in leading academic institutions prior to joining here.
